Global Transportation took 56 days to deliver my family goods from Sun Prairie of Wisconsin to Seattle of Washington. My wife's home business was unable to resume because her inventory had been held by the mover for more than one month. I suffered a lot due to inability to settle down in new place for such a long period.
Global Transportation has been behaving like scam artists. During my waiting period, nobody was able to tell delivery date or even where my goods were. I believe they had tried not to answer any of my phone calls since August 27. In addition, I was charged $2145 more than the original binding estimate of $2600. I felt like paying a ransom for my family goods being held as hostage.
